Do you think it is better to raise teenagers in the city, a small town, or the country?
I don't think whether a child is raised in a city, small town, or country has a big affect on how the child is raised. I feel that discipline and morals all comes down to the parent or whoever the child is being raised by. Country, small town, or city they all have the same type of people.
